1991: Nelson Mandela is released and apartheid abolished. On April 27 th are organised the first free elections for all South-African people. Three filmmakers follow the event in ex-Bophutatswana, inside a hostel which is an Inkhata party base, in a garment factorywhere black and coloured women work together, in a small country school for black farm labourers' children, and along side young Fodo, the ANC's unequivocal spokesman in Kagiso Township . A unique look on the intense emotion raised by this historical vote.
